Hartlepool CC

Welcome to Hartlepool Cricket Club

Hartlepool Cricket Club was formed in 1855 and since then has established itself as one of the best known cricket clubs in the North East of England.

The club has 3 senior teams competing in the NYSD Premier Leagues and also a thriving junior club competing at U-11, 13, 15 and 17 leagues.

The club recently received a major boost when granted funds to develop a 3-lane all weather practice facilty. This development will enhance the club's ability to deliver coaching and provide senior members with much needed practice facilities.

Any player wishing to register as a new player should contact the secretary and complete the transfer forms required by the NYSD League.

Hartlepool CC have an existing site at www.hartlepoolcc.co.uk

Hartlepool Cricket Club

Who we are

Hartlepool Cricket Club competes in the North Yorkshire and South Durham Premier Cricket Leagues. Park Drive is one of the most picturesque settings in the North -East to play cricket......... popular with players and spectators alike.
We staged First Class Cricket in the early 1990' s when Durham C.C.C. entered the County Championship for the first time. Hartlepool Cricket Club maintains strong links with Durham and regularly hosts 2nd XI fixtures.
We have a thriving social club with a membership in excess of 600. It is a family oriented club with facilities available for meals and private functions. Plans are drafted to extend the clubhouse and refurbish existing facilities and its hoped that work can begin by the autumn of 2002.
The pavilion is a Listed Building which requires some extension and modernisation in the near future. Investigations are underway to determine what improvements can be made to the structure without compromising the architectural features of the old building.
Besides cricket, other sports including hockey and junior football take place on the outfield during winter months.
